Executive Director

Mr. Miano is an expert in designing, managing and monitoring health governance and human rights programmes including health policy advocacy, health financing and community monitoring. He has over 15 years’ experience in providing organizational strategic direction, leadership and capacity strengthening. He is an Anthropologist by training with a BA (Anthropology) and Master’s Degree of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Nairobi.

She oversees financial management and administrative functions.

Catriona Mumuli

Dedicated to advancing critical causes and fostering positive social change in Kenya, Catriona Mumuli is a highly skilled professional currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Communication for Development at the United States International University-Africa. With a robust academic background, including a Post-graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Technology.In her role as the Partnerships and Resource Mobilization Officer for Health Rights Advocacy Forum (HERAF) since October 2023, Mumuli plays a pivotal role in developing and executing resource mobilization strategies. Previously, as the Advocacy, Communication, and Resource Mobilization Officer for Femicide Count Kenya, she showcased exceptional skills in communication strategy development, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Mumuli's diverse expertise extends to their tenure as the Advocacy and Policy Officer at the Program for Appropriate Technology in Health (PATH), where she successfully implemented advocacy strategies, managed small grants, and conducted workshops to raise public awareness. Throughout her career, Mumuli has collaborated with diverse donors, reflecting her ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and her continuous commitment to professional development through certifications in project management, health advocacy, and media skills.
