Paul Gatitu

Paul Gatitu has over 8 years’ work experience across different sectors including social innovation and development, humanitarian work, youth empowerment and leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management and Diplomas in Environmental Management and Project Management as well as certification in Disaster Management, Safeguarding and Child Protection and Quality Rights. He has special interests in community led development, civic education, youth empowerment, public accountability, budget advocacy, resource mobilization and disaster risk reduction. Through this he has seen the transformation of communities into sustainable and development-oriented spaces.

Paul is currently the Project Assistant overseeing the implementation of the Strengthening Public Accountability and Citizen Responsiveness in Kenya Project (SPARKe) in Machakos County.
