Beatrice is a Finance Administrator, MBA post-graduate and a certified Public accountant of Kenya (CPA K) – Member No. 2956 with over 20 years’ experience whilst working in the NGO and Insurance Industry. A Self-Motivated professional, with extensive skills in Financial and Budget Development, Internal Audit, Business Planning, Co-ordination/Team building and Expense Control.

Her works entails overseeing and managing daily project accounting and finance functions including the timely recording of transactions, cash management, banking, payroll, inventory, receivables, and payables; Monitoring systems (HR, Administration, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Assets) and ensuring consistency and compliance of each of these auditable functions and the relevant staff. Provides guidance on plans for improved performance where necessary. Provide direct, technical assistance to administration staff. Further she contributes to the development of project coordination, communications and reporting mechanisms between the various departments, reviews existing project systems and advising on the best strategy for adoption with regards to people, and structures.

She is a member of – Institute of Certified accountants (ICPAK); Kenya Association of Fundraisers, Muslim for Human Rights (MUHURI) and Africa Democracy Forum (ADF), Executive Management Committee.
