Lucy is an experienced counseling psychologist, organizational development practitioner, mentor and university lecturer. Key competencies include psychological counseling, organizational strengthening, leadership development, strategic thinking, curriculum development and training, and positive youth development.
She worked as a practicing psychologist for 14 years before venturing into leadership development. Her areas of specialty in psychology include trauma counseling, health psychology, youth counseling, personal development and imagery work. She is also a trainer in both counseling and organizational development, having been involved in the USIU/FKE diploma training program for HR managers for 3 years.
Lucy’s career diversified into the health and human rights sector where she worked in various projects, including HIV, MNCH and the right to health. Currently, she serves as Founder and Advisor to the CEO of Olive International. She also lectures at the USIU (Africa) as adjunct faculty in the department of Psychology. Her hobbies include reading, writing, journaling and mentorship
